01 General Provisions

These Terms apply to all services on the kkfbl platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and other online gaming services. These Terms are maintained in both English and Bengali; in the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

kkfbl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be inapplicable or invalid for any reason, all remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

• You must be of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kkfbl may request identity verification documents at any time — such as a National ID card, birth certificate, or other government-issued ID. kkfbl reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the required verification is complete.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone or allow others to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the kkfbl support team immediately.

Any activity conducted from your account — authorized or unauthorized — will be considered your responsibility until you have notified us in writing.

3.2 Account Closure & Suspension

kkfbl may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Fake identity or provision of false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.

You may also request closure of your account at any time through the support team.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the kkfbl platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

Deposited funds will only be returned via the same method used to make the deposit. Deposits made using third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

kkfbl reserves the right to cancel or suspend any transaction in cases of fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering, or failure to meet verification requirements.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kkfbl offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount received (on the bonus amount only, not on the total of deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = you must place ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may not claim any specific bonus offer more than once.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.
• kkfbl reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.
• Bonus offers are applicable to individuals and are non-transferable.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. kkfbl accepts no responsibility for a bet that was not confirmed due to a technical error or loss of connection.

6.2 Result Announcements

Game and betting results are determined by the respective game provider's system. While kkfbl has its own verification process, the game provider's final result will take precedence in the event of a dispute.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports event results depend on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. For incomplete or cancelled events, kkfbl's own policy will apply, and the original stake will be refunded if a bet is voided.

6.4 Technical Issues

If an incorrect result is displayed in any game due to a technical fault or software issue, kkfbl reserves the right to void that result and reinstate the correct one. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkfbl platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Any technical manipulation that causes harm to the platform.
• Using the platform for illegal purposes.
• Harassing or threatening kkfbl staff or other users.

08 Security & Privacy

• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access, where the user failed to keep their login details confidential.

• Game interruptions due to unexpected technical or server issues.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling — this is the user's own decision and kkfbl is not responsible for it.

11 Dispute Resolution

12.2 Service Termination

kkfbl reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any service based on technical maintenance, legal reasons, or business decisions. In such cases, advance notice will be given wherever possible, and applicable balances will be returned to members.
